Obesity is the Responsibility of the Private Sector?

The obesity epidemic is obviously not the responsibility of the private sector. The private sector merely caters to the various governmental market distortions and consumer gluttony. Individual choices and governmental policies lay the ground upon which free enterprise acts to satisfy these market forces. If anything, the private sector is held more accountable than consumers or the government.

In today’s society it is always someone elses fault.
People no longer seem to take personal responsibility for anything.

Eat too much poor quality food and get no exercise and you will become obese -simple.
